To maintain clarity for all users, Planto.ge enforces strict section rules:

• Marketplace (/listings): Strictly for commercial sales (fixed or negotiable price).
• Swap & Giveaways (/iso): Exclusively for non-commercial plant swaps and free community giveaways.
• Gardening Services (/services): Providers must state transparent starting rates, service areas, and scope of work.

In accordance with Georgian law, the following are strictly prohibited on Planto.ge:

• Wild-harvested or endangered species protected under the Red List of Georgia.
• Narcotic, psychoactive, or controlled plants, seeds, or spores prohibited under Georgian law.
• Unregistered or banned toxic pesticides and hazardous agrochemicals.
• Using stolen stock photos to misrepresent actual plant condition or variegation.

4.1. Peer-to-peer (C2C) transactions are governed by the Civil Code of Georgia. Buyers should inspect plant health, roots, and foliage upon handover.

4.2. Purchases from commercial shops (B2C) are governed by the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection. Under Article 14, the 14-day unconditional withdrawal right does not apply to perishable goods such as live plants and fresh cuttings (unless delivered damaged or materially different from description), whereas non-living supplies (pots, tools, grow lights) remain eligible.

5.1. Specialists listed in Gardening Services (/services) act as independent contractors responsible for their own work quality and safety.

5.2. AI plant identification, care schedules, and pet toxicity indicators are provided for informational guidance only and do not substitute veterinary or professional botanical advice.

6.1. Standard listings are free. Optional VIP Boost and Pro Shop plans are detailed on /pricing. Activated digital promotions are non-refundable except in verified technical errors.

6.2. To report unlawful listings or copyright violations, use the Report button on any listing or email info@planto.ge. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
